Coach-Client Agreement

Terms & Conditions of Coaching Engagement:

1. Coaching services will be delivered as outlined in the programme or proposal provided to you and are intended to support clarity, decision-making, leadership growth, and personal or professional development. Outcomes are dependent on your commitment, participation, and implementation of agreed actions. No specific results are guaranteed.

2. Payment confirms your commitment to the coaching engagement and secures your coaching package. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by New Zealand law.

3. You agree to attend all scheduled coaching sessions and provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

4. Coaching sessions included within a package must be completed within the timeframe specified for that package unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. All information shared during coaching will be treated as confidential by both parties, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Di Foster may use AI-assisted tools and documentation platforms to support service delivery, note-taking, administration, and continuity of service. Any session recordings will only occur with your consent. Client information shared with authorised AI services is not retained by those services for model training purposes.

7. All coaching materials, frameworks, tools, intellectual property, and content provided by Di Foster remain the property of Di Foster and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialised without prior written permission.

8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Di Foster's liability arising from the coaching engagement will be limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant coaching programme.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
